CCK has been one of the best gyms I’ve trained at because it genuinely meets you at your level. Whether you’re completely new to kickboxing or already experienced, the coaches do a great job of helping you improve without making the environment intimidating. The community is great, with people of all backgrounds coming in and training together. With that being said, if you want to get better, your development is your own responsibility. However, the tools are available here if you have the attitude to push yourself. One thing I’d recommend to beginners is taking the weightlifting classes with Coach Darren. Building athleticism and strength early makes a huge difference in your progression, recovery, and confidence. The pad work sessions are also great because they help you get comfortable throwing combinations, moving with intention, and building confidence before sparring. If you really want to improve, I think the biggest thing is taking advantage of the coaches. They’re approachable and always willing to answer questions after class. The people who progress the fastest are usually the ones who stay curious, ask questions, and study the sport outside the gym too. Watching fights on your own time honestly helps a lot with understanding timing and defense, which you can incorporate into pad sessions Overall, it’s a great community with good energy, strong coaching, and a structure that lets you grow at your own pace while still pushing you to improve if you want to compete.

​I recently joined Condition and Competition Kickboxing (CCK) after trying out a few classes, and I couldn't be happier with the decision! ​The facilities here are absolutely amazing—clean, well-equipped, and a great environment to train in. What really sets CCK apart, though, is their program. They are incredibly thorough in their instruction, making it perfect whether you are a beginner or looking to take your training to the next level. ​I love that the coaches actually take the time to understand your personal goals and make sure you’re getting exactly what you need out of every session. The energy and excitement in the gym are contagious. If you're looking for a top-tier kickboxing gym with a supportive community and fantastic coaching, I highly recommend checking out CCK!

Went to this gym for an evening kickboxing conditioning class. Staff was super kind and got me setup really quick. They were really encouraging and made sure to inform the instructor that it was my first time attending. The coach and fellow members were really attentive, giving me lots of pointers and feedback during the lesson. Really nice to see a welcoming community! The class itself involved plenty of cardio/conditioning, partner pad work, combos, bag work, MORE conditioning, and stretching to cool down. Definitely a fun way to push yourself and train hard! The gym is pretty spacious and the classes accommodate around 25 people. There's multiple barbell racks and free weights for weight training, plenty of punching bags to work on before/after classes, and they have extra gloves/pads for partner work. I've gone a few times now and will 100% be returning regularly. Big fan of the coaching staff; I've already had a handful of moments where they assisted me 1 on 1 (chiming in when I got lost, fixing my form, teaching me to do hand wraps etc.).
